Realme introducing the new feature RAM Expansion Feature or Dynamic RAM Expansion feature ( DRE ). Basically this feature is related to the RAM by using this feature you can simply expand the RAM of your device. so in this post let me explain you how this feature works, the RAM expanding feature is not a new for the Android this feature is also known as dynamic Ram expansion ( DRE ). 

How Dynamic RAM Expansion works

As I told you we can also say this feature as a virtual ram in this feature simply we are going to use our internal storage as a Ram. Yes basically we are creating swap partition it is also known as virtual memory or a virtual Ram. At this moment this feature is working on only some devices only on some selected devices. Just like Oppo A19 this device is officially having Dynamic Ram expansion feature.

How to enable Ram expansion feature

So now the question is that how to enable this feature on your device. At this Moment you can't enable this feature on your all devices very few devices are eligible for this feature. If you're talking about realme phones Realme 8 5G comes with dynamic Ram expansion feature. If you want to enable this feature in your device simply you have to wait for the official update for your device

For those device which are having this feature then can enable this from setting.

1. Go to settings.
2. Tap on about phone option.
3. Now tap on RAM option 4-6 times new option will unlock
4. On the next page turn on the Dynamic Ram Expansion and select the RAM size that you want to expand.
5. Click on save and it is ready to use now.
